Fill out the mandatory fields in the application form.

Select your preferred stream and fill out the marks obtained in the Class X Pre-Finals / Pre-Board Examinations 2019-2020.

Submit the application form. If your form meets the required criteria and is accepted then you will be navigated to the success page where you will find options for printing / downloading the application form and the fee receipt. We will also provide you a unique Candidate Code. Please note the Candidate Code for future reference.

Completed application forms (printout of form filled in online) with the fee receipt (School's Copy) are to be submitted to the school office on the dates mentioned below along with the following documents : Copy of birth certificate, SELF ATTESTED copies of class IX and X reports (Final Examinations only), SELF ATTESTED copies of certificates/awards for co-curricular activities received in school.

NOTE:

Forms are to be submitted to the School Office at Dr. A.K. Paul Road.
Rs. 1000/- only (non-refundable) per form will have to be paid at the time of submission of the Application Form along with relevant documents.
Photocopies of forms will not be accepted. Incomplete or incorrect forms will be considered invalid.
Any changes made on the printed form will be considered cancelled. Please print on A4 size Bond paper.
After you have taken a print out of the form please do not forget to take a print out of the fee receipt for submission.
Form submission dates : 12.02.2020 to 14.02.2020 from 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. Submission of form does not guarantee admission.
